Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ewinar. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Account Rules
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials secure. One person, one account — multi-accounting may result in forfeiture of prizes and account suspension.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, scripts, or unauthorized software
- Manipulate match results or collude with opponents
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Use Ewinar for any unlawful purpose
Tournaments & Prizes
Each tournament has rules published on its detail page. Winners receive prizes via mobile money after results are verified. We reserve the right to withhold prizes where we reasonably suspect rule violations or fraud.
Intellectual Property
The Ewinar name, logo, and platform are owned by us. You retain rights to your own content (display name, avatar). By posting content you grant us a license to display it within the platform.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ewinar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using Ewinar at any time and request account deletion at hello@ewinar.com.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
