Information We Collect

When you create an Ewinar account we collect identifying information you provide, including your phone number, username, display name, and an optional profile photo. For verified prize payouts we additionally collect mobile-money payment details required to send you funds.

Account: phone number, username, display name, password hash, optional avatar
Gameplay: matches, scores, ranking, tournament participation
Device & technical: app version, device model, OS version, crash diagnostics
Payment: mobile-money provider and number for prize fulfillment only

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate the Ewinar platform — to authenticate you, run tournaments, calculate rankings, fulfill prize payouts, communicate tournament-related updates, and detect abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, crash reporting). We may share information when required by law or to protect the safety of Ewinar users.

Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@ewinar.com. Some information may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons after account deletion.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us at hello@ewinar.com to exercise any of these rights.

Children’s Privacy

Ewinar is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email when reasonable. Continued use of Ewinar after changes constitutes acceptance.
